The PTA is looking to collaborate with you! Do you have a need for your classroom?

We may be able to assist.  Funds are available for supplies, books, equipment, experiences, etc*.

Grant submission steps

1. SUBMIT: Complete and submit this form.

2. PRESENTATION: 

• Up to $499: No in-person presentation is required, but it helps facilitate collaboration and ensures that we have the right information! We recommend attending the next meeting so we can make a speedier decision. If there are things we need to clarify, we may put off voting until the following meeting.

• $500 or more: Please attend the next PTA meeting (see our events calendar for dates) to present your grant request and answer questions. Presentations can be simple or elaborate, and students are welcome to help. PTA members may vote on the grant at this meeting, or may decide to discuss it at the following meeting.

• $1,000 or more: Please present at the next PTA meeting as described above. PTA members will discuss and vote on the grant at the following meeting, or at a future meeting if necessary.​

*Technology requests will be reviewed with the HES principal and BCSD.

Guidelines

1. Any equipment/materials/online subscriptions purchased by the Hailey PTA must be transferable to others; they are the property of HES and must remain at the school, even if the staff member awarded the grant resigns or transfers elsewhere. 

2. The Hailey PTA can personally reimburse school staff members when the full amount of the receipt is covered by us. If the amount awarded is a partial amount and the staff member is personally funding the remainder, we can reimburse the staff member directly.  If the amount is being split by the school, we must reimburse the school, who can then reimburse staff. If there is more than one receipt and the PTA is covering the total amount on one or more of those receipts, we can directly reimburse the staff member.  

3. The submission deadline for this school year is five days before the second-to-last meeting (April 30, 2026).
